SEIREN GLOBAL HUB
SEIREN GLOBAL HUB is a cultural exchange space available for students. Student Coordinators (SCs) organize seasonal events and activities, which provide chances for international and Japanese students to get to know each other.
SCs organize seasonal events such as Hanami, Star Festival, Halloween and Christmas, as well as cooking events to showcase the cuisine of their own countries.

GCC (Global Community Cloud)
The GCC is a multipurpose space where international and Japanese students can learn while interacting and collaborating with one another. It is equipped with a wide range of facilities and learning materials, including highly soundproofed individual study booths and multi-purpose rooms designed for group study.

Listening & Speaking Booths
Soundproof booths (24 rooms) allow you to focus on your work. They are ideal for online classes, meetings, or any time you want to concentrate in a quiet environment or speak out loud without worrying about those around you.

Multi-Purpose Room (MPR)
Ideal for meetings and projects involving multiple people, these group study rooms are equipped with whiteboards and projectors in each room.
(Recommended for 4–6 people)


Open Space / Classroom Area
Available for use during breaks between classes, group meetings, collaborative learning, and other activities. The desks are equipped with casters, allowing for flexible arrangement.
(Not available during class hours)

Collaboration Zone
A cozy, café-like open space where new ideas and connections take shape. With high tables lined up, it’s perfect for quick meetings, brainstorming sessions, or focused computer work.
LDC at Matsuoka Campus (SAC) : 1st floor of the Medical Library

The LDC at Matsuoka Campus also features individual booths, Global exercise rooms (for group study), and Medical English exercise rooms.
U-PASS (University Peer Academic Support Services)

U-PASS is a service that supports language learning led by student tutors. It aims to help students, including international students, learn together and gain confidence in their language skills. The service provides English learning support for Japanese students (including preparation for the TOEIC and TOEFL exams) and Japanese language support for international students.
