Autumn Cooking Event

This autumn, we’re hosting a cooking event!!
This time, we’ll be making gnocchi, a classic Italian dish;
Vietnamese spring rolls (using beef and tuna instead of pork) and sweet potato dessert, a quintessential autumn dessert!
It’s a truly international menu! Please join us!
【Date & Time】Friday, November 14, 15:00~18:00 (Reception opens at 14:30)
【Venue】Meeting Place: SEIREN GLOBAL HUB, UF Student Central 1F
Activity Place: Cooking Room (1st Floor, Education Building No.1)
【Target】All students of the University of Fukui
【Capacity】20 stundents
【Participation Fee】Free of charge
【What to Bring】Pair of slippers (for use in the cooking room) and an apron (if needed)
※There are about 15 pairs of slippers in the cooking room, but please bring your own if possible.

Let’s explore Japanese and international food cultures, enjoy seasonal dishes and traditions, and connect with others through cooking.
We’ll prepare a variety of dishes together and share a delicious meal!
