We will host a New Year Event aimed at promoting cultural understanding and meaningful interaction among Japanese students, international students, and high school students. 

Participants will have the opportunity to experience traditional Japanese New Year activities through several cultural booths.

We hope this event will serve as a valuable opportunity for building connections and fostering an inclusive community.

【Target】Students of the University of Fukui, high school students from Fukui Global Circle

【Capacity】30 people of University of Fukui

【Participation Fee】Free of charge

【Activities】
・Bozu-mekuri
・Komamawashi (Spinning Tops)
・Fukuwarai (a New Year’s “funny face” game)
・Kakizome (New Year’s Calligraphy)
